Preliminary Assessment -- Are you sure that you don't have a terrorism or sabotage threat? An American Defense Services team can conduct a one-day preliminary site assessment during which they will speak with key informants and subject matter experts. Then, we will produce a report of preliminary findings for your review and consideration. After weighing the findings, you can decide whether or not to go forward with a full facilities assessment and the development of a site protection plan.

Threat Identification -- Do you know all the possible threats that are arrayed against your facilities and operations? An ADS field team can provide a list of threats to your facility and help you identify the critical processes and points that need to be protected. We can also help you identify threats that might not be obvious.

Threat Assessment -- Do you know what the greatest threats are to your facility? There may be many threats in your environment; however, an ADS Threat Assessment identifies and ranks all threats to your operations and facilities so that you can best allocate your resources in a threat mitigation plan. There may be no need to allocate resources to defend threats that are significant, but have a very low probability of occurrence.

Threat Mitigation -- Do you have a plan in place to counter the primary threats facing your facilities and operations? The most effective solution to a protection problem is not always the most expensive or disruptive. ADS can help you identify cost effective strategies, methods, and techniques for reducing the threats facing your operations and facilities. We can also make suggestions to help empower all your employees regarding the defense of their coworkers and themselves.

Mitigation/Protection Plan Assessment -- Are you sure that you have adequately prepared plans to provide protection and security? If you have a threat mitigation and protection plan in place, has it received an objective third-party review . In their former careers, our counterterrorist specialists were also trained to conduct operations against facilities such as yours. They can review your current plan to determine if there are any glaring gaps that might not be obvious to those who developed it.

Risk Management and Insurance Assessment -- Do you need federal terrorism insurance or do you have dangerous gaps in coverage in your current general liability policies? Due to the potential for extreme losses, the federal government has organized a supplemental terrorism insurance coverage similar to the national flood insurance program. A unique aspect of ADS's services is that we are also specialists in risk and insurance management. We can review your existing coverage and make recommendations. You may find, as many of our clients have, that you can actually reduce the costs of your general liability limits or coverage.
