In the event of a major public health emergency, your citizens will look to you for leadership and depend on your Parish's plan for receiving and distributing medical supplies from the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS). While your plan may have been reviewed with a checklist and approved by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the question remains: Will your plan work?

ADS has a proven track record and highly skilled professionals that will support a real-world "reality audit" of your plan and provide you with a high degree of confidence that your Points of Distribution (PODs) will be ready and operational when needed. We have a large pool of medical and scientific professionals and medical technicians that can be assigned to assess your community's emergency SNS medical response plan. Many of these individuals have worked at national and state level agencies planning medical responses and related logistical support for mass casualty events such as pandemic outbreaks. We offer the following tiered services to those responsible for providing for the distribution of medical supplies in the event of an emergency.

Tier I Plan Review -- ADS will conduct a complete analysis of your plan and provide a report with a gap analysis and recommendations. Items analyzed include: Incident Command Structure (ICS), Site Manager, Planning, Logistics, and Operations.

Tier II Site Review -- This service package includes a walk-through of the facility, a gap analysis report of the facility, and all items listed in Tier I.

Tier III Operational Plan -- This service package includes a desk reference binder with our analysis and all items in Tier I and Tier II.

Tier IV Executive Exercise -- This service package includes an Executive Table Top Exercise for the Site Leadership and all items listed in Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III.

Tier V Operational Exercise -- This is the complete service package. It includes an Operational Exercise for the Site Leadership and all items listed in Tier I, Tier II, Tier III and Tier IV.

Tier VI Custom Review -- This package is customized for the client. Tell us what you would like done and we will tailor our services to meet your needs.
